Mr. Willy Abungan and Mr. Rommel dela Santa from PPCLDO discussed the environmental awareness and conservation campaign called the “PANGASINAN GREEN CANOPY PROGRAM” that is designed primarily to promote environmental sustainability and combat climate change through widespread community participation in tree-planting activities.
