In an official Facebook post by ANDA Pangasinan on 05 September 2020, Municipal Mayor Joganie C. Rarang spearheaded the installation of buoy markers at Barangay Carot, Anda, Pangasinan, together with the Barangay Council of Carot through the leadership of Punong Barangay Clipton Francisco, Information Officer Jeopeter Casulla, Municipal Agriculture Office representative Beau Nelson Camaso and Bantay Dagat. The installation was done to provide marker boundaries for the thriving fish sanctuary. Yorme Jogz, through his Arangkada ANDA and Batang Isla advocacies, envisions the rehabilitation and preservation of marine protected areas in municipal waters, which will be beneficial to local fisherfolks not just for the present generation but also for the future generations.
