Riders Intelligence Network (RIN)

ATTENDED the launching of 1st Pangasinan Riders Intelligence Network (RIN) with theme: Ride Kontra Krimen, Droga at Terorismo in accordance with our campaign against crimes, illegal drugs and terrorism. Said activity was participated by Mayor Joganie Rarang of Anda, Pangasinan, Mayor Liseldo Casugay of Sual, Pangasinan and more or less 500 motorcycle enthusiasts of the different municipalities of Pangasinan held at Pangasinan PPO Grandstand and ended at CSI Dagupan.
