actively participated by our RHU Personnel headed by Dra. Gillen Vuelta, Mam Grace Chiong, BHW’s from different Barangays, ANDA LGBTQ headed by Trixie Gonzales, and other visitors. Our beloved Mayor, Joganie Rarang graced the event with his inspiring message to everyone.
